WOYWW-another week past!

How did Wednesday come around so fast lol. As I sit at my glorious window in my bedroom/work area the sun is shining, yesterday was monsoon weather, although nothing compared to these poor people awaiting Issac!

This picture wasn't taken today, but looks similar at the moment....well until the next torrential shower comes along!

I've been sorting out my craft stuff over last few weeks and got these brilliant shallow drawers, a four drawer and two threes, I managed to sort out most of my stamps in these now instead of being crammed into large plastic boxes on a large storage unit. I think I need more :)

At the moment I'm doodling a lot in my art journal, this is only work in progress and there are areas I'm not happy with, also I've discovered that the journal I'm using is not great for any work with alcohol pens as they bleed right through to page before and after, so I have to watch that.

I have actually loaded this upside down but it doesn't matter. :)

Thanks for looking, I'll try and get around as many blots as I can. Happy WOYWW all. X

  1. We love your doodling. Maybe you could glue the next 2 pages together in your journal to stick the bled pages together?

  3. Those drawers look very useful - lots of storage in quite a small footprint space... Your doodles are astonishing - can't imagine how long that takes, but it looks stunning!
Thanks so much for visiting, happy WOYWW!

  4. Loving your brightly coloured doodling Cath, I’ve never ventured into Art Journaling myself but love to see what others do.
Great stamp storage too. That’s something I should really do. Mine are in two drawers on the back of my table, two drawers in the cupboard and all my wood backed ones are in a draw beside my craft table so they are all over the place really and in no particular order.

    Happy Crafting!

  6. Hi Cath
I've got the same units as you and I have them stacked on top of one another. On the front of each drawer is either a little pic or a word for what's in it. Saves me lots of time going through them.
Think I might put the growing number of stamps I've got in one of the drawers.
Have a good week and thanks for visiting my desk

  9. Hi, Cath, it looks like a nice day out your window! I like your journal page with all the Zentangles. The book I have now I borrowed from the public library system, but have seen it for about $8 in the craft store, so it's affordable. Thanks for visiting my blog today! Happy WOYWW. ~ Laura #122

Love your gorgeous doodling and the colours you have used. I have the same problem with my journal, it's annoying isn't it.
    Have a great week.

  12. LOVE that journalling! It is so unique having been doodled/Zentangled, and the spraying then brings it to life completely. Great storage too. I end up losing things if they haven't got somewhere to go (and even then it can be touch and go!!:) Thanks for dropping by. Hugs, Buttons #66
